The worksheet's content is similar and depends on the teacher's arrangements. If you want to guide students to choose a health video directly from GoSmart (YouTube) and decide how to recommend the video to others, you can use the "short version". Some others want to offer an exercise to students by playing a specific video from GoSmart (YouTube) for the whole class and having them summarise its message. In that case,  you may use the "extended version." The "gridded version" is for junior primary school students.
