Healthy School Forum cum Commendation Ceremony 2025: Triumph Over the Challenges, Soar into the Future

The World Health Organization estimates that around 10 to 20% of children and adolescents globally experience mental disorders. Additionally, some academic research has shown that resilience is a strong predictor of adolescents at higher risk for depression, and enhancing their resilience to psychological distress is crucial for improving their mental wellbeing.
