In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Centre for Health Education and Health Promotion, CUHK (hereafter mentioned as "The Centre") is committed to safeguarding web users' personal information in respect of its collection, use and retention. When you visit this website, we will record your Domain Name Server address and the pages you have visited by lawful and fair means. This information may be used for statistical purposes only. All reasonably practicable steps shall be taken to ensure that personal data collected and retained are accurate and protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use. Only authorized staff of the Centre, who are well-trained in properly handling personal information, are permitted to access such information.

This policy only covers the Centre's official website http://www.chehp.hk and is not applicable to the CUHK's or The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care's websites.
