Unit 1 The Need for Recharge

Adequate sleep is crucial for health, but nowadays, teenagers are prone to lacking sleep. This unit enables teenagers to understand the factors that lead to insufficient sleep, ways to improve sleep habits and the importance of adequate sleep. It comes with worksheets, case studies and a sleep diary to help students consolidate their understanding of sleep and fill in the sleep diary to understand their sleep status and make adjustments to improve their sleep quality.
