GoSmart.Net Pilot Project

This project was from 2017 to 2020. It aimed to test the feasibility of promoting health information by video production with student participation. It also established an online video channel for local school teachers and people who are enthusiastic about school health promotion and student leaders, where they can find plentiful video sources containing reliable health education content.

The project recruited 20 primary and secondary schools to participate. These schools have experience in health promotion and are interested in participating in making health videos. They worked with our video production team to create online videos and educational resources with the theme of healthy schools. They are also committed to cultivating students to establish positive values and healthy living habits.

Role of participating schools:

Appoint teachers to be the coordinator of the project and assist in the implementation of the project;
Cooperate with the Centre to design a script to convey a health education message, arrange a video production team involving students to participate in video-shooting and post-production, and assist in the compilation of associated teaching resources;
Arrange students to serve as "GoSmart Reporters", who are responsible for identifying a topic related to health and life planning, conducting interviews with school members or guest speakers, and participating in video production. Below are our participating schools.
