Teacher's Choice: Health Curriculum Snapshots in Secondary Schools

Target audience: Teachers and those who want to know more about school health promotion

We visited secondary schools in different districts in Hong Kong to understand how they promote health education. These episodes remind us that we are not alone in building a healthy school. Many enthusiastic and creative teachers and students have carried out health learning programmes and explored how to facilitate teenagers to have a healthy lifestyle. School leaders must attach importance to health education for young people, so we also interviewed school principals about their views on health education. The topics discussed in the following videos include promoting exercise, sleep health, dental care, environmental protection, a positive body image, etc.
