Unit 4 Train for Health and Fitness

The motivations and patterns for teenagers to participate in sports vary. This unit allows teenagers to understand the number of minutes of physical activity recommended by the World Health Organization and explores sports-related issues. These tips include exercise preparation and the mentality when participating in team sports. We also encourage teenagers to establish the habit of doing exercise whichever type of exercise they like. Teenagers can also understand the psychological state of participating in sports competitions and training through case studies.
