Unit 8 Age of Phubbing

In today's generation, we use the Internet a lot. Although the Internet brings convenience, excessive use can lead to dependence and addiction. This unit explores the characteristics, causes and impact of dependable and addictive behaviours on daily life and defines gaming disorder. We also teach young people how to adapt to this era of the prolonged use of popular electronic screen products, self-examine if they have dependence symptoms, adjust their Internet usage habits and mentality, and reduce the negative impact of Internet use on their lives.
