Healthy School Forum cum Commendation Ceremony 2025: Triumph Over the Challenges, Soar into the Future

The World Health Organization estimates that around 10 to 20% of children and adolescents globally experience mental disorders. Additionally, some academic research has shown that resilience is a strong predictor of adolescents at higher risk for depression, and enhancing their resilience to psychological distress is crucial for improving their mental wellbeing. In this forum, we will explore how to positively face adversity, strengthen our resilience, and lead a fulfilling life. The Healthy School Forum cum Commendation Ceremony 2025 will take place on April 12. Please find the details as follows:
