Consultancy and support services for Health Promoting Schools

1. Student Health Survey
   Having better understanding of students’ current health status and lifestyle allows schools to formulate more suitable plans for future development based on the needs of students. The student health survey aims to help schools identify existing unmet health needs of students by investigating health behaviors of students objectively and comprehensively. Professional advice will be provided based on the survey results to facilitate the development of schools into health promoting schools which meet the standards of World Health Organization.

2. Teacher Professional Development and Health Promotion in Workplace
   Training teachers to become more aware of the importance of health education and promotion is required for schools to develop into health promoting schools. This service aims to enhance the understanding of the essential elements for a Health Promoting School among teachers and staff and the roles they can play in establishing a Health Promoting Schools.
