The seminar's doctor presented the immune system's basic structure and function. Through the interactive Q&A session, the students actively participated and raised questions about the immune system, further stimulating their interest in learning. Doctors also shared several real-life cases demonstrating the immune system's role in fighting disease. Through these cases, students can better understand the practical application of the immune system and its impact on daily life. Additionally, nutritionists have introduced several effective methods to improve immunity in daily life, including a balanced diet, moderate exercise, adequate sleep, etc. The seminar also included a snack session to deepen students' understanding of the immune system through activities.
This seminar ended successfully, and the students had a deeper understanding of the functions of the immune system and ways to improve immunity. Most participants noted that this engaging approach to learning was not only enjoyable but also encouraged them to adopt healthier habits in their daily lives.
In the future, we hope to continue to hold similar health education activities to further enhance students' health awareness and continue to pay attention to the activities of our center. Thank you to all participants for their support and participation!
The seminar will utilise cases and real-life examples, employing simple and easy-to-understand teaching methods to engage teenagers in the theme of the human immune system. Participants will learn about its functions and ways to enhance immunity, including vaccination and maintaining a healthy diet.
