Thanks to Jordan Road Government Primary School for their enthusiastic participation in the health video shooting of the GoSmart.Net Built-on Project. Today, the GoSmart team went to the school to shoot a short drama about eye health and sleep quality. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the time spent on electronic screens by school children increased dramatically, and a survey showed that the incidence of myopia among school children in Hong Kong was 2.5 times that of before the epidemic. Prolonged use of electronic screen devices may affect users' eyesight and sleep quality. It may also be the reason for the dark circles in the undereye areas of the two girls in this drama.
How did their kind grandpa help them to ease the problem? Stay tuned to our upcoming health education videos on the GoSmart Channel.
